Twizip Games ("we," "us," or "our") operates Project Vader, a multiplayer game available on the Meta Quest platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have regarding your data.

By creating an account or using Project Vader, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

Project Vader uses its own in-game account system that is not linked to your Meta account. When you create an account, we may collect:

• A username you choose

2.2 Gameplay Data

We may collect data related to your in-game activity, including:

• Match history and results
• In-game statistics (scores, progress, achievements)
• Session duration and play patterns

2.3 Device Data

Certain technical information may be collected automatically, such as:

• Device type and operating system version
• Unique device identifiers
• IP address (used for networking and security purposes)
• Crash logs and performance data

3. Voice Chat

Project Vader uses Photon Voice to provide real-time voice chat between players during multiplayer sessions. Voice data is transmitted in real time to facilitate communication and is not recorded, stored, or retained by us or by Photon.

We do not have access to the content of your voice conversations. Once a session ends, voice data ceases to exist.

4. Analytics

We use PlayFab (a Microsoft service) as our backend platform for game services and analytics. PlayFab may collect and process data on our behalf to help us understand how the game is used, improve performance, and fix issues. This may include gameplay events, session information, and technical diagnostics.

We use the information we collect to:

We do not sell or rent your information. We share data only with the following third-party service providers, strictly to operate the game:

• PlayFab (Microsoft) — Backend services, player data management, and analytics.
• Photon (Exit Games) — Multiplayer networking and real-time voice chat relay.

These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy policies and data-processing agreements.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. These measures include encryption of sensitive data, secure server infrastructure, and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

Project Vader is intended for users aged 13 and older, in compliance with the Meta Quest platform requirements. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
