Project Vader by Twizip Games

By accessing or playing Project Vader ("the Game"), developed and published by Twizip Games ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Game.
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use Project Vader. By using the Game, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We do not knowingly allow users under 13 to access the Game.

Voice data is transmitted in real time and is not recorded or stored. However, violations reported by other players may still result in disciplinary action.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently ban any account that violates these Terms. Enforcement actions may include but are not limited to:
We are not obligated to provide advance notice before taking enforcement action, though we will make reasonable efforts to do so when appropriate.
All content within Project Vader — including but not limited to game assets, code, design, audio, and visual elements — is the property of Twizip Games or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Game without our written permission.
Project Vader is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Twizip Games and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Game, including but not limited to:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of the Game shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of Project Vader after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
